Income Producing Agricultural Leases

• The entire acreage at Heritage is in agricultural use through paid agricultural leases that run both annually and bi-annually.
• The land is served by two water districts and 97 onsite wells enabling farmers to grow crops such as alfalfa, cotton, wheat and corn.

By virtue of the ag status, all the property taxes are kept lower, and all the land is beautifully maintained by farmers.
